Field Deployment Engineer, AI Agents
Build, configure and ship AI agents and agentic workflows on Sorgi, end to end, inside utility and financial services environments.

- Build and configure agents and multi-agent workflows on Sorgi, from prototype to production.
- Connect agents to client systems such as GIS, EAM, core banking and document stores, without moving the data.
- Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints with the people who will approve the agent's work.
- Operate what you ship: monitor, handle exceptions and catch drift before it reaches output.
What you bring
- 3+ years building production software, with recent hands-on work on LLM applications or agents.
- Strong Python or TypeScript, and comfort with APIs, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- You can explain what an agent did, and why, to an engineer, an auditor and an executive.
Nice to have
- Experience in electric utilities, grid planning, banking operations or compliance.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and servers.
