- Lead Stage 1 discovery: map the value chain, score opportunities and shape the prototype.
- Design agent architectures that respect utility security, OT/IT boundaries and regulatory obligations.
- Turn field learning into reusable agents, connectors and ontologies on Sorgi.
- Govern architecture across several client accounts as they move from agents to platforms.
What you bring
- 8+ years in software or solution architecture, including delivery inside regulated enterprises.
- Working knowledge of utility systems: GIS, ADMS, EAM, SCADA historians or planning tools.
- Hands-on experience designing LLM or agentic systems that reached production.
Nice to have
- Power systems engineering background or experience with power flow and interconnection studies.
